Whew, I am already behind here!

It all began last school year.  I was working as a Middle School Mathematics teacher.  I had been at that particular school for almost 15 years.  With Race to the Top, teacher accountability, no raise in seven years and a Principal that very much resembled Hitler (to both the students and the teachers) I was elated when I was called over the District Office and asked if I wanted to help pilot a one to one middle school.
